History[]
District 86 Toastmasters was created July 1st, 2008, when District 60 Toastmasters was split into two smaller districts; the new District 60 and District 86. The Inaugural District Governor was Lori Lococo, DTM from Honeymoon City Toastmasters, Club 5879 from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
District 86 serves the heartland of Ontario from London and the Niagara peninsula to Mississauga and Markham to the Bruce peninsula to Timiskaming Shores and Timmins to Sudbury and Sault St. Marie and all communities in between.
District 86 has over 180 clubs with over 4,500 members in over 35 communities.
