District 46 is home to over 230 community and corporate Toastmasters clubs. District 46 serves greater metropolitan New York City, Long Island and Northern New Jersey. District 46 is one of eight Districts in Region_VII.
The 2007-2008 District Governor is Radhi Spear, DTM. Because District 46 will split into District 46 and District 83 on July 1, 2008, there are two LGET's and two LGM's. The LGET and LGM for the east are Elaine Rogers, DTM and Mary Neff, DTM. The LGET and LGM for the west are Paul Scharf, DTM and Brian Lin, DTM. The District 46 Spring Conference will be held on May 17-18, 2007 at Woodbridge Hilton, 120 Wood Ave, Iselin, New Jersey USA. This will be the last conference of the unified district.
