A Club Role in which you act as the guide or trusted counselor of another Toastmaster, helping him or her to learn to give speeches, serve in meeting roles, and advance in the Toastmasters Educational Program.
Acting as Mentor enters into the Leadership Track of the Toastmasters Educational Program (in connection with Competent Leader) as well as in the Communication Track (in connection with Advanced Communicator Gold).
